At The Trendy Gurl, we’re excited to offer select styles through pre-order, allowing you to reserve your favorite pieces before they officially arrive.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing a pre-order.

Pre-Orders

A pre-order allows you to purchase an item before it is available and ready to ship. By placing a pre-order, you are reserving the item in advance and securing your purchase ahead of its expected arrival.

Because pre-order items are ordered specifically for our customers, please review all product details, sizing information, and estimated shipping timelines before completing your purchase.

Fraud Prevention & Order Verification

Protecting our customers and The Trendy Gurl from fraudulent activity is extremely important to us.

For your protection, certain orders may require additional verification before they can be processed or shipped. Orders identified as having a medium or high level of payment risk may require a valid, government-issued photo ID that matches the billing name associated with the order.

For your security, you may cover or redact sensitive information, such as your ID number, before submitting your identification for verification.

If requested verification is not completed within the required timeframe, or if the information provided cannot be verified, your order may be delayed, canceled, or declined.

Payment

Full payment is required at the time your pre-order is placed. Your payment will be processed at checkout, and your item will be reserved once your order has been successfully placed and approved.

Estimated Shipping Dates

Each pre-order product page will include an estimated shipping date or timeframe.

Please keep in mind that these dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Production, supplier availability, transportation, weather, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect the actual shipping date.

Shipping

If your order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the entire order will ship together once the pre-order item(s) become available.

Want your in-stock items sooner? No problem! We recommend placing a separate order for any items you would like shipped immediately.

Pre-Order Delays

While we work closely with our vendors and suppliers to stay on schedule, unexpected delays can occasionally happen.

If a significant delay affects your pre-order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you by email with updated information as it becomes available.

Please understand that pre-order timelines are estimates and may change due to circumstances beyond The Trendy Gurl's control.

Changes & Cancellations

Because pre-order merchandise may be purchased specifically based on customer demand, pre-orders may be subject to the terms, restrictions, and cancellation provisions outlined in our Refund Policy.
