Who is The Trendy Gurl?

The Trendy Gurl is a New York based boutique that opened it's doors in 2017. It was started by a one girl in Rochester who want to share her love for affordable and trendy fashion with the world! We here at The Trendy Gurl want you to be trendy, fabulous,and satisfied and to love every purchase you get from us!  


How do I place an order? 

Ordering online from THE TRENDY GURL is easy! When viewing an item, simply select your size and quantity needed and then click ‘Add to Bag’.  You can review the items in your Bag at any time by clicking on the ‘My Bag’ icon in the top right corner of every page. Once you have reviewed the items in your shopping bag, you can either continue shopping or continue to checkout and place your order


Did you receive the order I just placed?

After you place your order on thetrendygurl.com, a confirmation email will be sent to your email address once it has been processed. If you do not receive a confirmation email or your order is not visible in your account page, please write to our Customer Care team at trendygurl@outlook.com.


Was I Charged Twice?

Your credit card will only be charged after your order is place and passes our verification process . 

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank/credit card account is a pending transaction. This is a common bank practice handling credit/debit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This pending authorization will clear (depending on your card issuing bank/company) usually within 48–72 hours. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact your card issuer for assistance. 

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

If your credit card was declined for any reason, we have no order on hand and any pending transaction you are seeing will drop within 4-5 business days.


I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit/debit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your card issuer has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typing errors. You can also try re-formatting the name and address in your billing information (this often solves the issue).


My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit/debit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. We recommend Firefox, Safari, or Google Chrome. 

Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.

I Need To Change Something On My Order. How Can I Do That?

We cannot make any changes to an order once placed. Please contact us immediately if you placed your order with errors. Your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. We generally process orders within 2-4 hours on business days, and once our warehouse has completed and shipped your order, we will be unable to cancel it.


I Just Placed My Order.  Can I Add Another Item To It?

Unfortunately we cannot add items to an existing order. Contact us and we will cancel your existing order so that you can place a new one with all the items you wish to purchase.


Can I cancel my order without being charged?

All orders that have been cancelled before being shipped will be refunded to your credit card, there will be a restocking fee that will be apply to your cancellation  . Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel an order after it has already been shipped.


Why do I have to create an account?

Creating an account with The Trendy Gurl allows you to purchase items, manage your shopping cart, create your wish list, and receive our newsletter! The Trendy Gal newsletter notifies you of all of our latest arrivals, upcoming promotions and other exclusive offers.


How can I check the status of my order?

Simply sign into your account and select "View My Order Status". In doing this, you can check the status of your order and see when your package has been shipped.


What if the item I am interested in is sold out in my size?

Our items can sell out within hours and we are not always able to restock them. You can register for our email notification list for a particular item by selecting ‘Notify me’ and entering your email address.


I’m Unsure About A Size Or I Have A Fit Question.  How Do I Find This Information?

Am I able to exchange my item(s)?
TheTrendyGurl.com does not currently accept exchanges.


Can I return a sale item?

Any merchandise marked or specified as "Final Sale" or "Sale" may not be returned. Items discounted using promotion codes with a final sale disclaimer may not be returned. Bodysuits, Accessories, Eyewear, Swimwear, and event tickets are final sale merchandise and may not be returned

All sale items are sold as final sale only. Please refer to our Returns Policy at our Customer Care page for further details. 


Why Was My Order Cancelled?

Due to an unforeseen event, the item you ordered may have become out of stock and no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order followed by a refund for the unavailable item.

In rare occasions our fraud system may cancel an order due to high risk. All purchases are reviewed thoroughly to ensure the cardholder’s safety and protection against online fraud. If your order is cancelled without notification, please contact Customer Service for further assistance.


Can I purchase your items in store? 

The Trendy Gurl is based online only. We’ve taken the hassle out of shopping til you drop so that you can shop from the comfort of your own home! We deliver right to your door at the click of a button. Simple!
