Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

THE TRENDY GURL ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria and Sudan. THE TRENDY GURL reserves the right to not ship to countries it sees unfit to receive items which may be lost or stolen.

 

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are processed Monday through Friday not including weekends and public holidays. Orders may be delayed from shipment due to discrepancies in payment or billing/shipping information. Customer service is available Monday~Friday from 10AM-6PM Eastern Time (excluding select Holidays). 

  • Shipping information cannot be updated or changed once the order has been placed. All shipments returned to The Trendy Gurl due to insufficient/invalid shipping address are subject to a return to sender fee that will be deducted from your online credit. The Trendy Gurl is not responsible for return to sender fees. As precaution please make sure that all information under shipping is correct before finalizing your order.
  • We cannot make any changes to an order already placed. If you notify us prior to your order being shipped, your order will be cancelled and you can replace it at any time. Please note that once an order has been completed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Orders with higher value will be shipped with a signature required to prevent lost/stolen packages. Please make sure you are available to accept the delivery on the scheduled date.

Please note that customs fees and any taxes associated with your purchase are the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund or pay any custom fees.

**Please also note that business days do not include weekends or national public holidays. 

 

USA SHIPPING

We charge shipping for all domestic orders. We use USPS, which provides you with a unique tracking code for your package that can be tracked online. Once a item is shipped we're NO LONGER RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. Packages arrive within 3-12 business days from the date your order has been shipped. 

We provide tracking information on all orders. You will be able to track your package the entire way with the shipment confirmation that is provided. Please make the necessary arrangements to be present at the time of delivery. We will not be held responsible for orders that show “DELIVERED”and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.

We are unfortunately not responsible for stolen packages.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, or unexpected postal delivery delays such as local postal backlogs or strikes.
We are not responsible for customs fees for international customers.

A $15 return shipment fee will be applied if your package is returned to our facility by our provider under the same label for any reason (return shipment may vary on international shipments).

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge different rates for international orders. We use USPS for a 5-15 business day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. THE TRENDY GURL is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package. Note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages up to 45 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION CANNOT BE UPDATED OR CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.

In Local Pickup

*** JUN 8, 2020 PICK UP OPTION WILL BE TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE

We also offer an pick up delivery option for local residents who want to pick up their items. Items eligible for pickup on the same day must be purchased before 12:30 pm eastern time, item will be processed and will be available for pick up NO later than 6pm MONDAY-FRIDAY.  Please note we have separate facilities for our online inventory and items purchased will not be available immediately. 

To have your items pick-up, you must enter the code PICKLOCAL in the discount code bar at checkout. Your shipping fee will be waived, and our staff will know to have your item ready for pick-up. Orders placed after 12:30 pm Friday and throughout the weekend for pickup will not be available until Monday after 7 PM. If you need an item ASAP, please contact us at (315) 683-7523 and we may be able to assist you in getting a faster pick up.

Please note your items will be held in for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 3 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up on the 7 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the pick-up site as it is required to release the package.  By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against The Trendy Gurl.

 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

If you experience any difficulties while entering your Shipping address during checkout or while you are creating an account, please email trendygurl@outlook.com with your full shipping address and contact phone number before you place your order so that an account can be set up for you.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit. 

**** If a customer error in shipping address is made during the checkout process, THE TRENDY GURL reserves the right to charge a reshipment fee of $5 for Domestic orders and $10 for international orders. ****
