Shipping Policy

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

THE TRENDY GURL ships worldwide, excluding Nicaragua, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Sudan. THE TRENDY GURL reserves the right not to ship to countries it sees as unfit to receive items, which may be lost or stolen.

 

PROCESSING 

All orders are processed in the order they are received, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

Processing takes 2–5 business days (not including weekends or shipping time).

Note: Orders placed during holidays, major restocks, or sales may require the full 5 business days to process due to increased volume.


If you realize that you entered your shipping address incorrectly, please CONTACT US ASAP!!

 

If your order was placed on the weekend, please email us first thing Monday morning. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information.


To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive the shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, customer service will contact you to try to resolve these issues. If, after several attempts to contact you, you do not respond, your order will be canceled and your money refunded to you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from The Trendy Gurl you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered, and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly. The Trendy Gurl. DOES NOT hold responsibility for packages that state DELIVERED.

Just a reminder that you will receive shipping confirmation within 3-5 business days from the day the order was placed.  After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 1-2 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, though, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state being delivered. We offer USPS Priority Mail to most locations (domestic & internationally). Your shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout. International orders may be subject to custom charges by your native country.

SHIPPING METHODS

We offer:

Standard Shipping (3–5 business days after processing)

Express Shipping (1–2 business days after processing). Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air are delivered within two business days after the carrier picks up the package. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays

Skip the Line (prioritized processing before standard orders)

Please note: Express Shipping speeds up delivery. Once shipped, it does not skip the line unless paired with “Skip the Line” at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We charge different rates for international orders. We use USPS for a 5-15 business-day delivery time once the order has been shipped (shipping time varies per destination). Please note that this does not include customs processing delays.  

All international orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND CUSTOMS CHARGES

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty, and/or Customs charges. 

All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. THE TRENDY GURL is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order. 

Taxes and Duties

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note that on rare occasions, custom agents may delay the delivery of some packages for up to 45 business days.

SHIPPING INFORMATION CAN NOT BE UPDATED OR CHANGED ONCE THE ORDER HAS BEEN COMPLETED AND SHIPPED FROM OUR FACILITY. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL INFORMATION UNDER SHIPPING IS CORRECT BEFORE FINALIZING YOUR ORDER.
