RETURN POLICY UPDATE PLEASE READ!

Return requests and time frames

You must contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order.

We DO NOT accept exchanges or returns on white, ivory, or cream items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings, dresses, or accessories/bags, etc. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, and our company will not send customers damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALES!

(Seasonal items are FINAL SALE; for example, Holiday collections such as Christmas,

 Valentine's Day)

If you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 24- 48 hours at trendygurl@outlook.com. Business hours are Monday-Friday, 10 AM-6 PM Eastern Time (excluding select Holidays).

Condition of returned items

To be eligible for return and store credit, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition received.

  • Be in original packaging with all tags and protective covers attached.

  • Have no holes, tears, rips, snags, stains, odor, missing stones, broken chains, or other damage.

We reserve the right to refuse any return if goods are not returned in a salable condition or are damaged.

Returned orders due to address issues will not be refunded. Customers will receive store credit only.

Restocking fees and damage fees

The Trendy Gurl does not issue refunds, only store credit. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by THE TRENDY GURL will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers show proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. THE TRENDY GURL DOES NOT PAY FOR POSTAGE ON RETURNS. 

  • A 10 percent restocking fee applies to any order rejected upon delivery, including shipping charges, before store credit is issued. This also applies to orders returned for any reason, including address issues.

  • A 5 percent restocking fee applies to all approved returned items before store credit is issued.

  • A 20 percent fee applies to any items returned with rips, stains, or similar issues, so please try on all clothing with no fragrance or makeup.

Please allow 5-10 business days for a credit to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by THE TRENDY GURL. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your THE TRENDY GURL account once this transaction has been processed.  

If processing time is an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at trendygurl@outlook.com before returning any items to THE TRENDY GURL to organize alternative arrangements. If this is not done before your return is sent back, any issues that may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control, and THE TRENDY GURL will not be held accountable. If you require further assistance, please email trendygurl@outlook.com with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to THE TRENDY GURL.

Store credit only

  • Store credit is issued after returned items are reviewed.  

  • Store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase.

  • Store credit may be issued for any remaining balance from approved switches.

 Shipping, loss, and exchanges

  • The Trendy Gurl is not responsible for shipping, reshipping, or return fees.

  • The Trendy Gurl is not responsible for damaged items in the mail.

  • The Trendy Gurl is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • Shipping fees and tax are non-refundable.

  • There are no direct exchanges. Customers may use their store credit to place a new order or make a different purchase.

THE TRENDY GURL will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at trendygurl@outlook.com and quoting the order number and the fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.

 

SALE ITEMS

Under American Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind about color, size, and fit.                                                                                                                  

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
