**NO REFUNDS**
We offer EXCHANGES ONLY in perfect condition of the same item ONLY if the item is in stock. ANY WORN OR DAMAGED ITEMS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

  • You may exchange merchandise within 5 business days of receipt of purchase.
  • The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
  • Since many of our items are limited quantities, we may occasionally sell out of an item. If this happens, we will notify you via email. If an item is out of stock there can be no exchange or return under any circumstances.

**PLEASE READ CAREFULLY OVER OUR ITEM DESCRIPTION, AS SOME ITEMS CONTAIN NO STRETCH**

We DO NOT accept exchanges on any white items, t-shirts, swimwear, bodysuits, leggings or accessories/bags. All items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse, our company will not send customers any damaged items. PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE!

Should you notice a shipping error, you must notify customer service within 48 hours of shipment delivery at trendygurl@outlook.com Business hours are Mon~Fri 10AM-6PM Eastern Time (excluding select Holidays).

 The Trendy Gurl does not issue refunds, only store credit. If a refund is allowed there will be a 25% restocking fee applied to refund. Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt for a credit and any received thereafter may be denied. Your return parcel must be post stamped within 7 business days of you receiving the order. **Please return items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags attached. A separate box must be used to ship shoes with the original box inside. THE TRENDY GURL reserves the right to decline your return or assess a 15% re-stocking fee if these terms have not been followed. You will be notified via email if your returned item is not suitable for a refund. 

The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable mail, as any returned items that are not received by THE TRENDY GURL will not be issued a refund. We also recommend that customers ask for proof of postage at the time of posting returned items. THE TRENDY GURL DO NOT PAY FOR POSTAGE ON RETURNS. 

 

Please allow 5-10 business days for a credit to be processed from the date that the returned item is received by THE TRENDY GURL. You will be informed via the email address that is listed on your THE TRENDY GURL account once this transaction has been processed.  

If this will be an issue for any reason, please be aware that you must contact our customer care team at trendygurl@outlook.com prior to returning any items to THE TRENDY GURL in order to organize alternative arrangements. If this is not done prior to your return being sent back, any issues which may arise with refunds to the original account are completely out of our control and THE TRENDY GURL will not be held accountable. If you require further assistance's, please email trendygurl@outlook.com with this request. Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to THE TRENDY GURL.

THE TRENDY GURL will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit.

If you were shipped the wrong order or a faulty item, please notify us immediately by contacting our Customer Care team at trendygurl@outlook.com and quoting the order number and fault or incorrect item. We will send you the correct item upon receipt of proof that you have sent back the wrong or faulty item.

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error.

 

SALE ITEMS

Under American Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement on final sale items if you change your mind. This includes a change of mind with regards to color, size and fit. 

You can choose a refund or exchange if a final sale item has a major problem. This is when the item:

  • Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it (Please note that this does not include change of mind with regards to size, color or fit)
  • Is unsafe
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.                                                                                                                  

 

Shipping is non-refundable except in cases where we may have made an error. We are NOT responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You may track your package using the supplied tracking number in your shipment confirmation email.
